Welcome to Tarrah...

We are so excited to welcome Tarrah McLean to our teaching team at Pages 2 Scrap. Tarrah is a local on the coast and she has a wonderful husband and 2 very cute boys.


Tarrah is a well published scrapbooker. You may have seen her work in both Scrapbooking Memories and Scrap N Art Online Magazine. She was also given an Honourable Mention in Scrapbooking Memories Master 2010 edition for this fantastic double page.

We are looking forward to skills and techniques that Tarrah will bring with her classes. Tarrah will start teaching in April, so look out for it on our timetable.

21 March, 2011 Copic 101 with Kim Price

In this class you will start your Copic Marker journey. You will learn about Copic markers and how to use them with stunning results. We will be sharing tips and tricks to give you that polished look to your copic projects, choosing the right colours, how to fix any mistakes as well as learning how to blend seamlessly. There will be plenty of time to play and perfect your technique with a Copic certified designer on hand to guide and assist where needed. Included in the class fee are two Copic Ciao markers in your choice of colours to add to your collection.

Creating Canvas Flowers – Encore Page Layout

Come and join us for some Prima fun while we learn how to create some fabulous blooms from the new Mist.a.bles range. You will be amazed at how easy it is to create these gorgeous flowers! We will be using some newly released Prima cardstock from the Moulin Rouge collection and learning a new application for Glimmer Mists - all while we complete a scrapbook page for your album.

Copic 103 with Bec Bartlett


The final instalment to our introduction to Copics. Having learnt some basic blending and feathering techniques in our first two classes, we now move onto exploring new applications for our copic markers. In this class we will be decorating ordinary embellisments and turning them into something special to coordinate with our projects. We will also be looking at creating some textured effects using every day items that you can find in your home, and demonstrating how this can be applied to a card or scrapbooking layout. This is an exciting must-do class for cardmakers and scrapbookers alike.

Donna Downey arrives at Pages 2 Scrap this week!!

We are all full of excitment at Pages 2 Scrap.  The awaited arrive of Donna Downey has finally come. 
Donna will be teaching 6 different classes over Friday 11 March - Sunday 13 March.


Garden Sprite Altered Canvas Apron

Lifes’ Artistry Mixed Media Scrapbooking

In this workshop you will learn techniques and tips for creating an eight page 8 x 10 mixed media scrapbook. The book is comprised of multi-surface and textured pages that may surprise you. Inspiration Journal Creating a Visual Diary– Donna Downey

A hands on exploration of your inner artist as we work together creating your visual legacy. The inspiration journal has become the hallmark of Donna's creative play and growth as an artist. This workshop promises to challenge you to look at yourself as a creative soul and will encourage artistic growth with each page you complete.

Moving things around...

Well the time has finally come to make more room for stock!!  We have been growing in leaps and bounds and just cannot fit anymore stock in without making some changes.

So Sunday was the day to move the counters around. We had to unpack everying from under the counters and pull them apart to move them.

In this photo you can see just how far we have moved the counter.  I have to say that it will make a huge change to not have the lovely blue pole on our side of the counter.

We then had to put it all back together and put everything back where it was supposed to go.    Now it is all back together and very very clean and tidy.

I was even lucky enough to spot the cleaning pixis. 

We have a couple of new paper shelves coming in later this week.  This should help to fill the new space we have made.  They will be ready and waiting for all the new ranges of paper I purchased at CHA.
